PR & Communication Department is responsible for the communication and outreach to other organisations, investors, startups and big companies, both in Sweden and China, to ensure their participation and support during the event.

The PR & Communications Manager is responsible for leading the department and its officers, to plan how to reach out to potential and existing participants and supporters, as well as to invite speakers to the forums according to the certain themes. The PR & Communications Manager is also responsible for the management of the relationship between local communities and startups, as well as invite them to attend to the exhibitions and pitch competitions during the events and to ensure that the liaison before and during the event is satisfying.
