Do you want to help Shade develop a better dialogue with customers, create an amazing customer journey, and increase sales? Have you previously worked with customer journeys, SoMe ads, and marketing automation tools?

If so, then the job as CRM consultant for Shade may be something for you.

As CRM consultant, you will have an essential role in our sales and marketing team. You will be responsible for, in close collaboration with the Shade team, setting new customer-oriented marketing projects in motion, as well as measuring and optimizing our digital campaigns.

We need you at the forefront when it comes to creating the best user experiences, with the UX based on a thorough ROI assessment. We are determined to create an amazing digital customer journey, and together we will make that happen.

Tasks:

- Plan, set up, execute, and evaluate campaigns in relation to leads and sales in close collaboration with the marketing team. In addition, you will take part in upselling, cross-selling, additional sales, and a number of retention activities.

- Design and execute campaigns in collaboration with the marketing team.

- Identify and handle segments

- Data analysis and creating new insights

- Participate in the implementation and further development of the marketing automation platform (autopilot)

We are looking for a candidate:

- Who has multiple years of experience with CRM / marketing automation at execution level

- Who is fluent in German and English

- Who has experience with SoMe ads

- Who has experience with digital communication, HTML, and maybe even have a graphic sense

- Who is strong in data analysis

- Who can work independently, but is also a team player

- Who has knowledge of AutoPilot – not a requirement, but it is a plus
