Your Profile 

We’re looking for am email marketer who is ready to join a growing CRM team that is building out its B2C email communications. You’ll not only execute the building and deploying of emails, but you’ll also get the chance to ideate and manage email content. You’re dynamic, passionate and a self-starter, who loves deploying badass emails that are value-added to users and revenue driving for Vivino. You have a lot of respect for communicating with millions of users at the push of a button. You’re not an asshole. 

You will quickly become a Vivino product and CRM expert so that you can help drive revenue and keep Vivino users engaged. The work you do will have a direct impact in driving revenue for the company with the satisfaction of knowing you’re helping build the world’s largest wine marketplace. Plus, you’ll be getting great content and wines into the hands of consumers. 

Your Tasks

• Build emails via WYSIWYG, HTML and CSS
• Test and schedule emails, both automated and one-off emails
• Work with multiple teams across North America and Europe
• Work with the eCommerce team to drive revenue on daily basis 
• Support the CRM team on the ideation and implementation of emails, including onboarding emails, trigger based emails, and revenue driving emails
• Developing Vivino’s other channels over time

Qualifications

• 1-3 years experience in email marketing
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS or willingness/ability to learn HTML/CSS
• Quick learner
• Strong communication + language skills and willingness to work with teams in other timezones, including San Francisco (9 hour difference)
• Interest in wine & the wine industry - a huge plus of course
