You need good communication skills and being able to quickly understand customer needs. You will be talking to both techie developers and to non-techie clients. You should not be afraid of picking up the phone but also strive to automate processes. You will get a low employee number and possibility to make a big impact on the role, company and culture. You need to be able to work in a dynamic and changing environment.
Experience with B2B sales or marketing is required and proven track record of working with pipeline and closing opportunities is an advantage.
