You have a hands-on attitude and are able to find the leads yourself and handle the process end-to-end. Understand the opportunities you already possess, find new leads online and offline, book the meetings, follow-up, close and nurture. And repeat.
You are more evangelical than process driven and understand the meaning of solution selling. You have an ability to think creatively, understanding how technology can help you in your work.
You easily learn the use of different CRMs and how to make the most of them. Be ready to develop the service both from the technical and process point of view, with our team and with our partners.
Having a previous knowledge of temp staffing industry in Finland is a great plus.
Be hungry, growth driven, ready to push the company to the next level. Be analytical but crazy. Speak fluent English and Finnish - both are critical. The team works in English but you need to sell in Finnish and understand the Finnish B2B sales culture by heart.
You are more than comfortable working in vaguely defined startup structure, being responsible of your own work, under high stress and uncertainty. Actually, you flourish under pressure and tend to make the most out of yourself when cornered.
But there is one, important rule - The No Asshole Rule. If the books of Carnegie and Covey are familiar and you live by them, you are most probably the one we are looking for.
