Frank has grown from an idea into a 15 person innovation hub based in the heart of Helsinki. In 2016 we introduced the first digital student card in Finland, which now has over 70K users and was awarded as the Best Mobile Utility Service in Finland 2016. Next, we are taking student authentication to a whole new level by providing it everywhere the students are!

We at Frank believe in learning by doing, and are looking for future superstars. For this position you should already have experience with the technologies we are using and prior knowledge in leading agile development. 

In short, your main responsibilities will be:

• Overall responsibility for the technical development of Frank’s service
• Forming and leading the development team together with our Product Manager
• Mentoring junior developers and help them grow professionally
• Working in close cooperation with our Product Manager in developing Frank’s service
• Being the last line of defence in making sure our service is fully running and functional, and if necessary, performing a critical fix to wherever it may be needed
