Digital Marketing Manager

Hi, there! We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join our fast-growing team at Airthings. We’re a technology company creating smart-home products that focus on air quality measurements.

Your tasks will depend on your skills, ambitions, your ability to learn new things on the job, and the needs of the business. We’re still a small company with around 25 employees, so you will need to be able to wear multiple hats depending on what is most needed at that specific moment.

Since we’re a relatively small team, you will have considerable decision-making power and responsibility for the digital marketing side of the company. This role will become more technical over time, so you will need to continuously strive to become very proficient at E-commerce, front-end web programming, design, statistics, and leadership.

Requirements:

Excellent English writing skills
Past success (academic, professional or extracurricular accomplishments)
Interested in computer programming and psychology
Comfortable with spreadsheets, statistics, and applying the scientific method
Curious and inquisitive. You can change course based on new information
Always willing to learn and adopt the latest technology
You think on a global scale
You’re open-minded when conversing with those who have different opinions or come from other cultures

Nice to have:

Good academic grades from a challenging degree
Bachelor’s degree (good) or Master’s degree (better)
Knowledge of HTML / CSS, and Javascript
Knowledge of Photoshop, Sketch, or other design software
Experience with Google Analytics, Adwords, and Search Console
Experience with Zendesk
Experience with the Wordpress platform
E-commerce experience
