What we like you to do

As SnappCar’s Country Manager Denmark your primary objective will be to accelerate our growth in Denmark. Your level of ambition must be nothing less than transforming the way people perceive car sharing services by convincing people to try the SnappCar formula. You will take part in defining the future performance and opportunities around our car sharing services for thousands of car owners and renters. To make sure you and your team are successful, you can rely on the shared services at our head office in Utrecht.

What's your focus

• Acquiring, activating and retaining car renters and car owners in Denmark;
• driving growth in transactions, improving unit economics (LTV:CAC ratio);
• setting up and managing a local team, being country P&L responsibility;
• creating synergistic partnerships with other businesses;
• executing creative and effective marketing & PR campaigns in line with our mission and brand values;
• improving processes and metrics in alignment with central teams.

What you bring to the table

Ideally you have a bachelor’s degree, preferably in Commercial or Marketing studies, as well as a proven track record in a similar role as a Country Manager in a start-up environment. You are an operational hustler with a strategic mindset, able to grow our business fast and creatively get the most out of your marketing budget. You're an absolute king if you have solid experience with different data analysis tools as well as a growth hacking mindset. You're native in Danish and fluent in English and used to working in an international environment with multicultural teams.

As a person you are result-driven with an outgoing personality and a "getting things done" attitude. You are able to create a team spirit through commitment and inspiration. You are structured, disciplined and highly motivated to take ownership of a strategic market. You will report directly into SnappCar’s Core Leadership Team. You will be based out of our Copenhagen office and occasionally our head office in Utrecht so be open to travelling abroad.
