Teamcubate finds and recruits the right top tier development talent. From our offices in Copenhagen, Belgrade and Novi Sad (Serbia) we have vetted developers and freelancers that works for Nordic startups and scale-ups.
Together with the founders you will help identify new Swedish startups and growth companies that need to know about Teamcubate and our brilliant concept. You will make contact, negotiate, help find the right candidates and sign the deals with the companies. In other words, you are part of the whole proces. We need the one that attacks and consults at the same time. Preferably you are an outgoing person that thrives in an informal environment and likes a challenge. You speak and write Swedish and also speak/write English. If you like startups this is your position to grow your network and learn about recruitment and talent.
