IKEA Bootcamp is IKEA’s first ever startup program – developed in collaboration with Rainmaking. Ten amazing startups (selected from +1200 global applications) will be invited to join a 3-month program starting September 18th, to work closely together with IKEA and Rainmaking to accelerate their startup. The role:

As Lead Mentor, your role is to be overall responsible for the startup teams during the program. You will build close relations with the startup founders and help them accelerate by guiding and challenging them on their growth journey. You will bring value to the startups through advice, connections and experience and help them to make decisions on business models, business development, strategic direction, sales, fundraising etc.

The ideal candidate has several years of experience from being a part of the global startup ecosystem. You have started one or several companies yourself, and are now mentoring other startups on their journey. We are looking for someone who understands both startups and corporates, and knows how to communicate and build relationships with both.
