You are a marketing professional, understand how to create content strategy and how to deliver the right image of the brand via multiple channels.
Important is that you have a hands-on attitude and are able to create the content yourself, all the way, with the different tools. Write a customer story blog post, search the right images for it and publish on the website running Webflow. Understand what stories to pitch to the press, write them and do the pitching. Create a campaign on MailChimp, analyze it and learn. Be ready to launch Photoshop, InDesign or Illustrator when needed. Once you understand the workflow, you can start also designing the team to lead and re-create the process for something much more scalable.
You want to test out different growth hacks, from referral programs to re-targeted ads and out-of-this-world on-boarding methods and can make it happen!
You know how to build a team and lead it - and you understand that To Sell Is Human. Marketing is all about selling and telling stories, we want you to create a pattern that can amplify the story beyond imaginable.
Be analytical, data-driven but crazy. Speak fluent English and Finnish - both are critical. The team works in English but the content need to be in mainly written in Finnish (we are in Finland, yes?).
Be ready to represent the company in large forums, events and pitching to politicians if needed. You will be working closely with the founders and regarded as one.
You have worked with startups so you know how demanding the work is and be able to endure stress and tight schedules. Actually, you flourish under pressure and tend to make the most out of yourself when in corner.
But there is one, important rule - The No Asshole Rule. If the books of Carnegie and Covey are familiar and you live by them, you are most probably the one we are looking for.
