ERNIT is the world’s first digital piggy bank, consisting of an iOS / Android app and a connected, physical piggy bank, made to teach children and their parents how to give, save and spend wisely in a world of digital money.
We are working hard to provide a great place for kids and their families to prosper and learn when it comes to being smart about money. We believe that setting goals and the values these bring along is key when it comes to getting important skills for life – like patience, generosity and gratefulness. We’re looking for a passionate, motivated and structured community manager to join our small but growing team in Copenhagen as an intern – with the possibility of a hire after the 8 week period ends.
Your tasks as a community manager will range over several functions which all evolve around the end-user. You are going to be in charge of making the user-experience fantastic! This includes handling the day to day customer communication. This communication will be through our customer service channels such as through the app, via e-mail, by phone or even face to face. We have a very active customer base and we take pride in taking all their quantitative- and qualitative feedback and turn it into features in the ERNIT system. And you will be a big part of this.
Besides the direct customer communication you will also be in charge of our newsletter, social media, blogs and content in general on our website. It all boils down to making the most awesome internet of things piggy bank ever!
