Now we are adding a talented Sales Manager to come shape their own team and take part in the journey.

As a Sales Manager in the DACH market, you will get the opportunity to get in on the ground floor and shape your own team while leading from the frontlines. Getting in on the ground floor means getting your hands dirty and closing business yourself, and training your team to do the same. The ambition is to have an initial team of 4, and once we hit desired traction, scale up as many headcount as the market and lead flow dictates. You will be given complete ownership of the DACH market new business revenue, and will help develop commercial strategy and recruit your own team, with the help from the Head of Sales.

Job requirements:

• 3+ years of direct sales experience 
• 2+ years of management experience
• Solution sales experience
• Proven track record in both personal results and ramping up sales reps
• Fluent in German
• Based in Copenhagen
