Donkey Republic is working to make bikes available everywhere around the world - and we need you!

We are looking for an energetic support intern to join our support team and deliver service to our riders when they have questions about the service.

You will join forces with 2 other support crew and our 4 co-founders to help our riders and partners. Rider Support is core to our business, ensuring our customers have the best possible experience on Donkey bikes and that we learn about the most important issues facing riders.

The job involves communicating with riders via support calls and emails. We use Zendesk as our support tool. You are most likely to be helping us a minimum of 10 hours a week with a flexible schedule, filling in in high-demand periods and for specific business needs in customer support. This is a paid part-time and a temporary position with potential to be extended.

We imagine you:

• Have some experience in customer support / customer service.
• Are a fast learner, both handling support and using mobile and web tools.
• Are always happy to help our riders and our crew.
• Welcome and enjoy tackling tricky issues, creative in solving problems.
• Are fluent in communicating in English.
• Stand out if you are a native Spanish / native German speaker.
