At GetJenny we are building the next generation Open Source Conversational Engine. Our solution is already used by enterprises to automate and gain efficiencies in their customer service and service desk operations. To take our product to the next level we are looking for an experienced UI/UX Designer to join our team in Helsinki.

At GetJenny you will help design and develop our core product and new features as well as participate in defining and creating our company future as a valued team member. 

We are looking for a designer who is self-motivated and able to make logical decisions to ensure the overall success of our product, customer and business concerns and objectives. We need you to make our product the best in the world from You should also be familiar and comfortable with front-end website development.

REQUIREMENTS

Excellent visual and user-focused design skills with an eye for detail

Experience with HTML design standards

3+ years experience in user interface and interaction design

Front-end website development skills (HTML5, JavaScript, CSS, Bootstrap, Foundation)

Pragmatic, and comfortable to work in a fast-paced environment

Self starter and able to work independently (you will be our first designer!)

Eager to contribute to building a world class product and company

Experience in building interactive prototypes

Fluency in English

Possibility to relocate to Helsinki, Finland

Video editing skills

Strong web/ front-end developer experience will be considered as an advantage

WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT IN WORKING AT GETJENNY

Designing and co-developing our customer web portal and user interface for our customers (creating and editing conversation flows, adding integrations, reporting dashboard etc.)
