Ecommerce Country Lead - Sweden

We are seeking a Country lead for Sweden. We are the number one online store catered towards helping those affected by various skin conditions. Our mission is to provide transparency in the product selection to assist our customers in finding products that may help alleviate their symptoms. Since our launch in July 2016, we have experienced double-digit growth, month-over-month. We are on an exciting and fast-paced journey of scaling our business and need a Country Manager to join our team.


About you

  • 2+ years experience working with ecommerce platforms (preferably Shopify)
  • Hands-on experience with customer service, order fulfilment, content creation, onsite optimization, supplier negotiations and other operational tasks
  • You are fully proficient in Swedish
  • You have an entrepreneurial mindset and background
  • You have a strong work-ethic
  • A jack of all trades - One who can manage all the operational aspects of an ecommerce business
  • Solid track record of growing burgeoning online businesses
  • Excellent visual, written and verbal communication skills

The Ecommerce Manager will oversee all daily business operations related to HelloSkin’s online store and be responsible for the day to day execution of deliverables related to customer service, purchasing, inventory management, social media. Tasks include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Identify and oversee backend of inventory management, shipping logistics, and fulfillment partners
  • Manage accurate product information including pricing, product details, images, related website content and all necessary information to successfully sell the product and serve the customer
  • Manage all customer correspondence via email or phone including product questions, order inquiries, complaints, shipping claims, international requests, sales and shipping quotes, etc.
  • Observe and react to changes in the marketplace, products, market pricing, customer preferences, competitors, etc.
  • Identify future site capability enhancements/development needs and partner with engineering team
  • Partner with digital marketing team for email and social campaigns to ensure synchronization and cross-promotion of retail

Practical details

You will be working from our office in the heart of Copenhagen right next to “Strøget”. HelloSkin is part of LEO Innovation Lab and together we have daily catered lunch, regular team events, Friday bars, and Friday team breakfast.
