We are looking for a Product Manager (PM) that will work with our health care professional’s working tool; the Clinic. In the Min Doktor Product team you will contribute to the digitization and innovation of the healthcare process. You will collaborate with highly skilled developers, designers and healthcare professionals to build the software solution. The product manager is responsible for the priorities and focus of the Clinic tool, the short and medium term release plan for the product. You will also be a representative and a communicator to the rest of the company. As a product manager you report to the head of product and peer with other product managers, data scientists and product analysts in the team.

What You’ll Do

• prioritize, maintain and communicate the short and medium term release plan for the health care professional’s product
• interface with the technology, design and health care organization to understand opportunities, requirements and priorities to ensure the right focus of the team
• play the role as a product owner in an agile software development methodology
• collaborate with other product managers to ensure a consistency in service
• define metrics to evaluate the usage and success of the product you’re accountable for
• monitor, measure and evaluate success of released features and iterate when needed
• improve way of working by participating in sprint retrospectives with the team 
• contribute to a broader Product and Service strategy

Who You Are

• passionate about developing products
• several years of working experience as a product manager
• some experience from working in a regulated industry 
• technical know-how and people-focused mentality
• experience with agile development methodology 
• demonstrate a collaborative leadership 
• experience in leading cross functional team
• have a business sense
• speak and write English and Swedish fluently
• live in or are willing to relocate to Malmö
• take pride in your work and take your commitments seriously
