Who are we looking for?

Communicator: You possess strong communication skills over the phone or via email.

Native Speaker: You are exceptional in English and native in Italian.

Sales Background: You are a rockstar in sales with at least 1-year experience and are comfortable selling over the phone.

Self-Motivated: Work well on own initiative.

Ideally, you have experience with e-Commerce and some knowledge about personalized recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Exceed monthly sales target for new business via outbound/inbound calls and video presentations.
  
• Source your own leads based on industry or market knowledge.
• Consult businesses on how they can improve upon their e-Commerce efforts.
• Build a strong and long-lasting customer relationship, and manage businesses accounts.

Interview and Salary

Basic salary is based on experience along with up to 25% commission.
