Marketing Placement

Trustpilot is seeking an enthusiastic marketing/business undergraduate to join our Marketing- Demand Generation department for their placement period. You will have administrative, research and project management duties to aid in all stages of our marketing campaigns and content creation. In this role you will focus on Continental European Markets. 

Based in our Copenhagen office, you will work closely with our demand generation, content, and customer marketing teams. You’ll gain exposure to and experience in multiple facets of marketing, gaining invaluable on-the-job experience working in the tech industry. During the internship, you’ll see what it’s like to work in a fast-paced collaborative environment, working with multiple departments and employees all over the globe.  

Start date is 1st of August and we expect you to work full-time for at least 6 months.

Main Responsibilities

• Collect quantitative and qualitative data from marketing campaigns, providing feedback and insights
• Be the Demand Generation point of contact for Sales, Customer Success, Support & Translators in the CPH office
• Work closely with Sales to map out all marketing influenced leads and opportunities from marketing campaigns
• Perform market analysis to identify new demand gen opportunities, co-marketing partners, and industry trends
• Gather monthly feedback from sales to identify ways in which marketing can help
• Manage and host Trustpilot webinars from the CPH office
• Assist with internal and external coordination of event sponsorship opportunities and parties
• Organize important reports and content for the internal team to use and reference
• Facilitate the development of case studies for CEU markets
• Manage and update prospect email lists
• Input CRM activities and track sales follow up on marketing leads
• Sales enablement

Skills & Qualifications 

• Strong business acumen and knowledge of marketing and demand generation fundamentals
• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills, any other European language is a big plus
• Demonstrable ability to manage projects successfully from request to execution
• Strong organizational & time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks at once, while still paying attention to detail
• A strong work ethic and self starter attitude
• Ability to solve problems creatively and work well with a diverse range of team members
• Skilled at being able to understand and extract meaning from numbers
• Professional, positive upbeat attitude
• Experience working with Excel and Powerpoint
• Experience working with a CRM (Salesforce) and Marketing Automation (Hubspot) is a strong plus!
