ARE YOU THE NEXT SOUNDBOKS EMPLOYEE?
We are looking for a Customer Success Coordinator to primarily work with copywriting, customer success and communication as a part of the Customer Support Department.
Key responsibilities include:
Create, correct and approve all written communication as well as effectively managing customer requests through email, chat and by phone
Operational management of the day to day customer inquiries across the customer success assistants
Channel management and delegation of tasks from channels to customer success assistants
Proactively identifying opportunities to increase client satisfactions as well as evaluating and analysing recurring customer issues
Ensure all service level agreements are maintained and department objectives achieved
Required skills and experience:
Excellent communication and copywriting skills in English and preferably any of the following languages: Danish, German, French or other European languages
Customer orientation and ability to adapt and respond to different types of characters continuously ensuring a good customer experience
Experience with Zendesk and Office as well as copywriter experience with e.g. web, blog, magazine etc. is preferred
Be able to adapt on a daily basis to the dynamic start-up environment
