ChurchDesk is looking for a service and sales person to be responsible for on-boarding, renewals and upsales of our Nordic customers. The position is based at our office in Copenhagen at nicely located Islands Brygge. We need a person who has a consultative sales and service approach, is a fast learner and not afraid of being busy. This person must be a high performer – specifically managing a pipeline of renewals and upsales opportunities and delivering results against a quota. We want to provide the best retention and service experience possible for our customers and make it fun for you to work at ChurchDesk at the same time.

 

Responsibilities:

  • You will become expert in the ChurchDesk platform and will help new customers achieve their targets with the help of our cloud-based software.
  • You will on-board new customers and make them happy using Churchdesk a their tool to reach their targets
  • You will renew existing customers on longer and higher plans than the case is today.
  • Call customer stakeholders and advice them on how to get the best value out of their Churchdesk solution
  • Be an important eye and ear by taking customer requests and problems to our development team.
  • Work with other departments to prioritise, coordinate and apply resources where needed
  • Exceeding activity, pipeline and revenue goals on a quarterly basis
  • Ensuring satisfaction within your accounts

 

Ideal candidate:

  • Preferably 2+ years of experience selling, upselling and servicing customers in Software as a Service 
  • Track record of success selling into SMB companies
  • Consistent track record of success with quota
  • Experience managing and closing complex sales-cycles using solution selling techniques
  • Thorough understanding of a related technology
  • Skilled in virtual presentations, online web demos, remote sales processes
  • Proficiency using salesforce.com preferable
  • Strong interpersonal skills, ability to convey and relate ideas to others
  • Native level Danish language skills, knowledge of other Nordic languages or German is an advantage
