We are on the hunt for a sharp User Acquisition Manager or a future star in User Acquisition. The successful candidate will become a key player in growing Fishbrain’s user base. We’re looking for both experienced and inexperienced candidates. Inexperienced candidates will go through a rigid training program with the end goal of becoming a leader in User Acquisition. Experienced candidates will start owning Fishbrain’s user acquisition channels from day one.

  • Expert in conversion optimization.
  • An individual with strong knowledge of how to build internet businesses.

What You’ll Do

  • Own and execute Fishbrain's mobile user acquisition strategy across multiple advertising networks.
  • Work with data sets to create and deploy analytical frameworks in order to optimize campaigns and targeting based on performance metrics.
  • Closely collaborate with designers in the creative process for ads.
  • Be a key stakeholder in growing Fishbrain's market share for both current and new markets.
  • Lead multiple projects and external relationships while managing significant monthly budgets, high volume of new users and ambitious growth KPI's.
  • Impact the product roadmap subject to user acquisition efforts.

Wish list

  • 0-2 years of experience in media buying / user acquisition / performance marketing.
  • Competitive mindset. We appreciate individuals who aren’t afraid to take on challenging tasks.
  • BA/BS preferably in a quantitative or technical discipline (Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Finance, Economics etc.)
  • Persistent on validating data and use data to make decisions.
  • Eager to learn how to grow internet businesses.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
