The Opportunity:
The Channels Sales Manager will play an instrumental role in supporting the Labster Channel Partner Program. The Channels Sales Manager will focus on all pre-sales commercial aspects of the day-to-day operations, liaising with channel partners based worldwide to contribute to and support the Labster global expansion strategy.

Responsibilities:

  • Executing on the Labster Channel Sales strategy developed and led by the Head of Labster Channel Partnerships for indirect market.
  • Engaging with Channel Partners and Clients to expand Labster business.
  • Supporting enablement and pre-sales activities from a product and technical perspective, to “enable" Partners to act as “Labster Trusted Advisors” front-end with potential clients and successfully position Labster products and services.
  • Some travels may be required to visit the partners, clients, attend conferences/events.
  • Managing pipeline and forecast in salesforce in collaboration with Channel Partners, from lead development to closing business.
  • Supporting Channel Partners to respond to RFP’s and similar tasks.
  • Providing approvals on quotations and pricing models where required.
  • Acting as a key point of contact for channel partners to liaise with e.g. Labster Finance.

Professional Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of sales experience in EdTech sector across international markets.
  • Proven track record working with Channel Partners.
  • Working knowledge of the Educational Technology industry.
  • Ability to work remotely managing relationships with partners on a worldwide scale.
  • Fluent in English; a 2nd language such as Arabic or Spanish will be considered a plus.
  • A highly adaptable learning style and openness to quickly adapt to new ideas and situations.

Location:
Ideally the new CSM will be based in Copenhagen Headquarters but we are also open to consider remote candidates that will be home-based in Europe.
