Business Development Manager to join our team!

We at Frank believe in learning by doing, but for this position you should already have some experience about

• Business development & strategy
  
• API solutions or SaaS businesses
• Sales and / or account management

Your main responsibilities will be

• Develop and maintain strategic relations with key accounts and strategic partners
• Establish new partner relations by finding innovative ways of cooperation
• Take overall responsibility in figuring out business solutions that work both to partner’s, user’s and Frank’s advantage
• constantly monitor the market trends and technology, and implement relevant findings to our partner solutions
• work in close cooperation with our Product Manager

• Proven ability to convert ideas into action and successful results 
• Excellent sense of – or willingness to figure out – what our users (students) want and need
• Ability identify user needs and business potential with existing or yet to be developed solutions
• Understanding of complex business processes and ability to navigate easily between technical and business requirements
• Innovative can do attitude
• Sharp sales and negotiation skills, without neglecting the ability to listen
• Commitment to our company values: 1) student comes first, 2) be frank, and 3) do, learn, repeat
• Fluent English and Finnish
