The Next Billion is an impact-driven enterprise based at StartupLab in Oslo Forskningsparken. We build and develop platforms that leverage the power of the Crowd and the Collaborative economy to enable female-led businesses with access to growth opportunities.


We're on the hunt for a kickass Videographer/Editor Intern! If you have a passion for visual storytelling, an eye for quality and detail, and a desire to have a global impact in highlighting inspiring companies with innovative business models founded and led by female entrepreneurs worldwide - this is a great opportunity for you.

 

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR?

  • We are looking for a creative intern to help create and edit viral video content for our platform GloballySpotted.com.
  • Experience in in data visualization and an interest in innovation and entrepreneurship would be a great plus.
  • Experience creating viral media
  • Driven individual that is driven by doing something meaningful and impactful • Ability to take direction and work independently
  • Be a self-starter
  • Have a positive attitude
  • Be a great communicator
  • Professional and be able to work on deadline
  • Fluent in English written and oral as this is our working language.

 

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

  • Work closely with The Next Billion team to craft engaging video stories from available footage, data, quotes and news for the inspiring businesses featured on our
  • site GloballySpotted.com.
  • Edit video using Adobe Premier / Creative Suite or software suggested by us.
  • Animate videos with text, simple title cards and lower thirds. Bringing the data to life. • Process and post short form video content on our website and social media.
  • Assist in creative and marketing tasks as needed.
  • Create informational, promotional videos and digital motion graphic animation.
  • Edit video, audio, and photographs for marketing, online content and social media accounts.
