We are a Copenhagen based startup that has developed a unique data driven influencer analytics platform, which provides brands and agencies big data insights and reporting into the influencer marketing market, so that they can discover the most relevant influencers to collaborate with across social media platforms such as Blogs, Instagram and YouTube.
Your Core Responsibilities:
* Ownership of clients from onboarding and ensuring that they are successfully launched, through post live engagement
* Design and execute on each customer’s account plan
* Identify opportunities for customers to extend the use of our Influencer Marketing software to help achieve maximum benefit and ROI
* Ensure execution of renewal and upsell strategies
* Ensure effective prioritization, assignment and execution of work
* Develop and maintain a deep understanding of customers’ business drivers, and steer program activities to align with those initiatives
Qualifications/Profile:
* 2+ years experience working in a Customer Success, delivery or support team role
* Previous experience in a customer facing role in a B2B SaaS company
* Demonstrated ability to drive projects and ensure on-time delivery
* Solid technical understanding and general understanding of technologies and ability to hold a technical discussion with customers
* Analytical, strong problem solving skills
* Solution oriented and customer centric
* Proactive, positive, self-starter with a passion for continually improving the processes around you
* Impeccable time management
* Strong communication and influencing skills
* Passionate about content Marketing and Influencer Marketing
* Excellent presentation and meeting facilitation skills
