Donkey Republic is working to make bikes available everywhere around the world - and we need you!
We are looking for an energetic crew to join our support team and deliver service to our riders and partners when they have questions about the service.
You will join forces with 2 other support crew to help our riders and partners. Both via support calls and emails. We use Zendesk as our support tool. The primary 5 days you will be working with us is within Mondays to Sundays (either from 0900 to 1700 or from 0900 to 1900). Most of the time, you will work either Saturdays or Sundays, subjected to the scheduling with other support crew. This is a permanent position.
You are likely to step in for support tasks for other support crew - therefore it would be great if you have a flexible schedule. Our peak season is from Spring to Autumn where support hours may be extended. Potentially take support schedule for public holidays when most of our riders use our services.
You will also likely to help our Product team to test both web and mobile apps. This helps you to learn about the features fast and help us maintain a high quality in our services!
