At Sure!, we aim to change the way people discover cities. With our white label services, hospitality businesses can communicate with their guests in digital channels, and get increased guest satisfaction and loyalty in return. We have partnered with hotels and serviced apartment suppliers, and assist their guests with booking, personalized recommendations, activities, transportation and more.
The product
We are building a modern tool for properties and accommodation, where data is handled through a hybrid of human input and automation. Guests communicate with the hotel through the messaging platform they already use, while service operators and employees of the hotel use our internal applications to handle customer requests.
The communication platform can be expanded over time to handle more of what is manually performed today. This may include internal processes as well as end-user communication, and both AI and machine learning will be important elements in this development. We have many exciting plans around this, so we want you to join the team!
