Robin is a conversational commerce service and it is integrated in Facebook Messenger. It is your personal assistant that delivers you easily goods and services the same-day. We’ll make it, when you can’t! You will be responsible for leading the company's technological vision to ensure that the Robin is technologically superior.


Responsibilities

  • Define and plan the technical roadmap with the business and technical teams
  • Manage and develop frameworks and ways of working that improves the delivery and continuity of IT services to Robin’s merchants, partners and consumers.
  • Develop architecture for our business
  • Understand Robin’s business and propose technical solutions adapted to the business challenges
  • Define the short and long term directions for Robin's teams (e.g Integration of logistical platform, development of artificial intelligence, data capturing, Product Research, etc..)
  • Lead the implementation of third-party marketing integrations and APIs
  • Secure a stable, scalable and modern IT Operations delivery.

About you

  • Clear track record of success managing technology teams in an agile environment
  • Analytically and conceptually skilled.
  • Good communicator, both verbally and in writing
  • Highly strategic and creative thinker
  • Result oriented, able to drive a ‘think client’ and ‘think P&L’ approach within defined risk parameters      

Recommended Qualifications

  • Ability to work with engineering and design teams to create cutting-edge and effective artificial intelligence solutions in a new space
  • Industry experience in a scalable software environment preferred
  • Fluent in Norwegian and English
