Overview
Your primary work area will be to facilitate implementation of our services in some of the world's largest banks and most successful financial institutions, create new functionalities and further development of our platform, based on user feedback. You will be reporting directly to the CEO.
The company is currently in a phase where it is important that you can take on a great deal of responsibility and work individually. You must be a critical thinker and you should not be afraid of hard work and new approaches.
As a successful candidate you should be interested in working in a start-up where you have the possibility to grow with a promising next-generation FinTech company and quickly become a valued member of the core team.

You empathize easily with people and can build relationships quickly in person and via the phone. You are confident to investigate if you don’t have enough information to describe a client case. As a person, you are the type who wants to go “above-and-beyond” to give clients a spectacular experience and you take pride in supporting them through the customer journey.
Background (you)
Most of your time will be spend on talking to users (SMEs, Banks or Accountants), receiving their feedback, and improving existing processes or creating new concepts in order to facilitate change management. You should be able to apply your analytical skills and experience/understanding from business economics to challenging them in order to create a better service for them. You need to have an interest in improving and disrupting the way banks and financial services work today.
