Kahoot! is hiring a Graphic Designer, based in Oslo, to help us bring our game-based learning platform, digital platforms, marketing material and brand to life with playful, inspiring and considered design. Our designers work on experiences that engage the heart, hand and mind of our users.

Our first product and experience, our quiz, helped restructure learning in the classroom by focusing on human behaviour. How we can continue to improve learning in, and beyond, the classroom is an incredibly interesting design challenge.

Design at Kahoot!

Our newly formed, but fast growing marketing department works on our brand new website, our game platform design, digital marketing activities, PR, social media, customer care and CRM. We even work on creating extremely popular swag for our users and fans across the globe. Creative design is of course a big part of all of this. This is why we are now looking for a dedicated graphic marketing designer to support further growth of our platform and brand.

By taking on the role as graphic marketing designer at Kahoot! your design will reach millions of users across the globe, every day. That’s not too shabby, is it?

  • Your strength lies in designing advertising, marketing and comms material, content for websites and other digital platforms, newsletters, event material and swag.
  • You love to learn new things all the time, often from other designers in your team, and try them out and see if they apply to Kahoot!.
  • You care deeply about facilitating design consistency across the company to help everyone become better at communicating our brand message.
  • You love playful, fresh and modern design that communicates to a range of people across age groups, cultures and borders.
  • You love to discover new and effective ways to grow and engage communities through design.
  • You take pride in thinking about how people, from any background, are able to take part in learning experiences equally.
  • One of the first things you want to do is connect with our users, understand their motivations, behaviours and problems to better be able to create amazing work.
  • You get excited when we say: “The brand is the product, and the product is the brand”.
  • You are confident to work on a couple of things at the same time, but know when to reach out for some help.
  • You’re friendly, humble and focused on the team, and love working closely with marketing teams, digital strategists, product managers, data scientists, engineers and being supported by experienced designers to bring your unique perspective into the design process.
