Penstable is an early stage fintech startup specialized in impact investments in the pension sector. We are a team of 3 partners backgrounds in management consulting, the United Nations, and Google, respectively, as well as key legal and back-end advisers. We are part of the Climate KIC accelerator program for some of Europe's most promising cleantech-startups, and we are located at Copenhagen Fintech at Christianshavn. We are in the early stages, and are currently developing a prototype of our front-end universe.

We are looking for a CTO that can help drive our development. Over the next 8 months, your key responsibility will be to take the lead on our prototype development, elaborate further on our existing back-end blueprint, and at the next stage, oversee the integration of our back- and front-end solution.

The ideal candidate is a front-, back-end OR full stack developer, preferably with experience from a startup or a smaller company. You are able to oversee all stages of the development of a prototype, and you can take a strategic approach to IT within an organization. You take a user-centered approach to design and functionality, and you can see things from a helicopter perspective or dive down to solve a challenge once it is required.

The role is not carved out in stone, and you will have a huge opportunity to shape it yourself.
