With one membership, you can choose from a variety of fitness options such as yoga, pilates, CrossFit, boot camps, martial arts, dance and regular gym workouts at over 90+ partner studios in Stockholm.

If you are our operations manager, you are sound both strategically, understand the big picture yet very hands on. You like digital subscription as a business model as much as you love training. You believe empathy and showing heart is a great way to build a happy team and hence, a happy company.

As our operations manager, you form the core of our company, bringing together our 3 different areas of product - marketing - studios/partners even closer. You are building our playbook to scale into more cities in Sweden and internationally. In the short term, you work with our customer care online, administration, schedules and with our studios to make sure they are happy. You are a structured person with an eye for detail that can thrive in a fluid startup world, easily handling multiple responsibilities. You are not shy to pick up the phone and speak to customers. You work smart, sometimes long hours and yet find joy in building value in the details. You are curious and a fast learner. You speak Swedish fluently and have a good command of the English language.

Key responsibilities:

• Take responsibility for improving our operations to make it more scalable and efficient.
• Working in our proprietary admin system and talking with our studio partners to make sure class schedules are correct.
• Responsible for our customer care online and over the phone.
• Managing other administrative tasks.
• Project manage different key activities and execute them effectively
• Have a lot of fun and train with all of us
