Responsibilities

• Share your passion, showcase your taste. Showcase the products, styles, and trends that inspire you with a large audience.
• Shape the future of shopping. Get involved with our community of experts transforming how people shop. 
• Meeting the demands of our customers, even the craziest.
• Manage the assignments and communicate to the shops and our friendly riders/shoppers
• You continually measure and improve customer satisfaction while optimizing processing and delivery costs.

Recommended Qualifications

• Experience in social, retail and marketplace mobile products
• Deep empathy and ability to listen to the needs of users
• A motivational communicator -- outstanding verbal/writing skills along with strong visual presentation skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, to be flexible and to quickly adapt to new information
• Fluent in Norwegian and English
