Hold is an innovative mobile app that helps you focus in school or at work by rewarding those who spend time away from their smartphones. The idea is simple: Start Hold, collect points for not using your phone and trade them for rewards. After only 12 months of operation more than 35% of all students in Norway have downloaded Hold. Furthermore, we have partnered up with several international brands such as CocaCola, Microsoft and Danske Bank. Now the company is looking to expand.

Hold consists of a diversified team with experience from e-commerce, retail banking and marketing. The whole team has international work experience and is 110% devoted to making Hold an international success. Currently the business side of the company is well taken care of, but we need a Tech Lead that can be responsible for the technology and a team of developers. As Tech Lead at Hold, the candidate takes the lead in developing our technical solutions to the next level. The candidate will have a central role in a startup company with global ambitions.
