Join our support team! Donkey Republic is looking for a Support crew to help our riders and partners! This is a paid part-time position. Look forward to meeting you, who are eager to make our riders feel like Queens and Kings!

Donkey Republic is working to make bikes available everywhere around the world - and we need you!

We are looking for an energetic support intern to join our support team and deliver service to our riders when they have questions about the service.

You will join forces with 2 other support crew and our 4 co-founders to help our riders and partners. Both via support calls and emails. We use Zendesk as our support tool. The primary days you will be working with us is within: Thursdays and Sundays from 0900 to 1700 and Fridays and Saturdays from 0900 to 1900. You are most likely to be helping us a minimum of 22 hours a week with a flexible schedule. You are likely to step in for support tasks for other support crew - therefore it would be great if you will also be available and flexible on other days too. Our peak season is from Spring to Autumn where these hours may be extended. This is a paid part-time and a temporary position. This role has the potential to be extended after September 2017.

Potentially take support schedule for public holidays when most of our riders rent bikes from us.

We imagine you:

• have some experience in customer support.
• are a fast learner, both handling support and using mobile and web tools.
• are always happy to help our riders and our crew.
• welcome and enjoy tackling tricky issues, creative in solving problems.
• use your own laptop when helping us.
• are fluent in communicating in English.
• will stand out if you are a native Spanish / native German speaker.
