Job description

We’re on a mission to make the world free of cables and clutter. At Airtame we’re eliminating the screen cables in conference- and classrooms all over the world. Hereby we are looking to make presentations and teaching easier, by providing an easy to use wireless solution for connecting to displays. On top of this Airtame can also be used for driving dashboards and simple digital signage, with nothing else than our small dongle plugged into a screen and integrated on a WiFi network.

We are on the hunt for a technical support specialist with specific expertise within network technology, to help us cope with the technicalities of corporate WiFi setups and supporting cross-platform applications. As our product is dependant on often large and complex networks we need someone who can work with our great support team in advising our customers on how to best deploy Airtame, how to tweak their networks for optimal performance and to troubleshoot when things go wrong.

Your tasks

  • Be the owner of troubleshooting through both physical meetings, customer calls and online support for our customers.
  • Removing obstacles for full-rollouts in organizations of all sizes and segments.
  • Be the technical go-to-guy in DK for both the sales and support team.
  • Ensure our users and their IT administrators are technically onboarded and happy with Airtame.
  • Help progress our customers faster in the sales cycle.
  • Stay in sync with our engineering team regarding bugs and upcoming features.
  • Provide feedback to improve our product.

Requirements

  • Understand and communicate efficiently with everyone from end-users to IT-admins and network architects.
  • Know a ton about network technology and administration of enterprise networks.
  • Understand the principles of wireless streaming technology.
  • Enjoy teamwork and have a positive and easy going personality.
  • Have a structured approach to work and learn quickly.
  • Enjoy both analytical and physical work.
  • Have good people-, communication- and sales skills.
  • Previous customer support experience is a plus.
  • Experience with developing support guides and material is a plus.
  • Cisco or similar network certifications are a plus.
  • Educational background in IT technology or support is a plus.
