Job description
We’re on a mission to make the world free of cables and clutter. At Airtame we’re eliminating the screen cables in conference- and classrooms all over the world. Hereby we are looking to make presentations and teaching easier, by providing an easy to use wireless solution for connecting to displays. On top of this Airtame can also be used for driving dashboards and simple digital signage, with nothing else than our small dongle plugged into a screen and integrated on a WiFi network.
We are on the hunt for a technical support specialist with specific expertise within network technology, to help us cope with the technicalities of corporate WiFi setups and supporting cross-platform applications. As our product is dependant on often large and complex networks we need someone who can work with our great support team in advising our customers on how to best deploy Airtame, how to tweak their networks for optimal performance and to troubleshoot when things go wrong.
