We’re passionate about wireless technology. Why? Because it’s a challenging terrain and we love a good challenge! Airtame started out as a record-breaking crowdfunding campaign in 2014 during which we raised a total of $1.3M. Since then, we’ve grown into a company with 37 people and have shipped more than 40,000 devices. We are based in windy Copenhagen, but have an office in NYC that takes care of our U.S. customers.
Job description
As an Infrastructure Engineer at Airtame, you will be deeply involved in building, scaling, and managing our cloud and core infrastructures, ensuring that our business-critical systems run smoothly, and empowering our software development team to implement and deploy new features quickly and efficiently.
Our talented engineers are given significant ownership and responsibility over projects. We value rapid iteration, continuous integration and automated testing, and we are serious about delivering high-quality, maintainable software. Frequent code reviews, automated tests and code pairing are all integral components of our engineering culture.
We use an assortment of mainly open-source infrastructure management tools that we really believe are the best in what they do, these include Git, Gerrit, Jenkins, Docker, AWS, GCP, Ubuntu, Nginx, Terraform, Ganeti, Ansible, MySQL, Elasticsearch, Prometheus, Grafana, Graphite, and Consul. It would be fantastic if you have worked with these or at least have some experience with similar tools would be a big plus.
