We are looking for a colleague with high energy and entrepreneurial tempo who will be working very closely with our current customers. The role require you to uphold relationships with some of the largest companies in the world - our customers - and expand their interest in Mentimeter.

We are using the theory of Predictable Revenue and referencing Dropbox and Salesforce journey when we see the future of Mentimeter.

Sales are currently growing over 10% per month and you will be the driving force to accelerate that growth even more!

Your concrete responsibilities:

  • Commercial ownership of current Mentimeter customers
  • Expanding customers engagement - minimize churn
  • Relationship with customer in over 55 countries like Daimler, McKinsey and Microsoft
  • Ensure customer engagement by leading workshops (mostly web based)
  • Set and develop strategy for best-in-class scalable customer success
  • Collaborate with the product team in terms of being the voice of our customers

What resources do we have to support you:

  • 30 larger and 3000+ smaller customers
  • Marketing and Sales team to support in analysis and tactics
  • Professional CRM and data gathering services (Intercom, Mixpanel, Google Analytics, Pipedrive)

Not your responsibilities:

  • Closing new contracts (Sales Executives does that)
  • Day-to-day support (We have minimal support, and junior success manager does this)
