We are looking for an experienced Head of Operations to organize and oversee the daily deliverables of our company. You will be the one to ensure that our business is well-coordinated and that our customers receive what they should, at the agreed upon time and at the price that has been agreed.

The area of responsibility for this role is very wide and thus requires a thorough knowledge of various company processes. The ideal candidate must be competent and able to plan different kinds of operational activities. You must be an excellent leader who can discover the most efficient ways to run the business.

You are responsible for:

• The organisation that manages internal and external deliverables
• Installation partnerships
• Hardware supplier relationships
• Purchasing
• Quality and compliance with regulation (CE, UL etc)
• Service and after sales

• Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics
• BSc/BA in business administration or relevant field; MSc/MA will be a plus
