Watty is an award winning start-up in Stockholm’s booming tech sector that is developing services to help households decrease their energy use. Our most important objective is to have satisfied customers. Now you can join our vibrant team and help us with the important task of helping our German users understand how to use our product.

We are looking for part-time team members to help us deliver outstanding support to our German speaking users. You will answer any questions coming from the users of our app via our built-in support function. There is no existing support team (we have all pitched in), so you will have quite a lot of freedom to shape your own routines, but also a lot of existing expertise in the company. Naturally, we will always be on hand to help you answer questions that you don’t know the answer to.

You will need a native level understanding of German language and culture for the job, as we will rely on your communication skills to shape our German customer experience. The work can be performed from home, university or wherever you have an internet connection, but you will be expected to come in and work at the Watty HQ in Stockholm on a regular basis. This role would particularly suit university students looking for flexible work hours, while getting experience in a Swedish tech start-up.

Your responsibilities

• Timely and relevant replies to support queries
• Intimate knowledge of our product and feature roadmap
• Reporting of problems to our engineering team
• Creating a database with appropriate responses to frequently asked questions

Your profile

• Native level German speaker
• Technical background/interest
• Customer service experience
• Excellent communicative skills, especially in written form
• Self-driven and organised
