The job as account manager
Responsibilities
- On a daily basis meet with new potential customers (physically or virtually), run product demos and make sure that leads are turned into sales
- You will be responsible for lead generation, having discussions with distribution partners, participating at events and conferences etc. Cold calling is not a primary lead generator for us, but you have the kind of personality that feels comfortable starting opportunistic conversations with new people.
- You will handle several companies at the same time in different stages of the sales process
- Our sales process is dynamic and fast. You need to be geared to close sales every day.
- You will assist our Customer Service team in the onboarding process, follow up, make sure that cards have been received and that the product is being successfully used
- You will sync with the product team on the feedback you receive from the front line, so this information can be fed in to the product planning
Requirements
- BSc. or MSc. in business administration, information technology or similar field or experience as a technology (preferably B2B, SaaS) account manager is a plus
- Student- or full time experience and strong references from a sales driven role, maybe in a B2B context
- Ability to confidently meet with customers, and drive a sales agenda
- Organised and detail oriented working processes and always eager to follow up and complete open tasks
- Proactive personality and hands on attitude
- Excellent English written and oral communication skills. Fluent Danish language skills required
- Ability to work from our Copenhagen office
