Payr is building innovative online banking services for consumers and businesses. Our first product is a payment service making it easier to pay bills for people in the Nordics. We already have a great team in place. But we are missing a driven, curios and talented iOS developer to join us at our offices at MESH in Oslo.

We are looking for an iOS (swift) developer who possesses a passion for pushing mobile technologies to the limits. Your first project is an estimated 6 month full-time development project working with a product team consisting of product owner, CTO, service designer, user tester, UX designer, graphics designer, frontend web developers and backend developers. Not only will you be working in a hot, new Fintech startup with team of talented engineers and designers, you will be a vital part of our company and bring your voice to the table on how to build our first generation of mobile applications.

Responsibilities:

Design and build advanced applications for the iOS platform.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

Unit-test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability.

Work on bug fixing and improving application performance.

Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.

Requirements:

BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject.

Proven working experience in software development.

Working experience in iOS development with Swift.

Have published one or more iOS apps in the app store.

A deep familiarity with Objective-C and Cocoa.

Working knowledge of the general mobile landscape, architectures, trends, and emerging technologies.

Solid understanding of the full mobile development life cycle.

Financial Industry experience is a plus.
