One of Stockholm’s hottest AI startups is looking to add an outstanding Backend Engineer to our team! Henry is an intelligent feedback assistant for teams. We are quickly changing the way teams share, gather and understand feedback. With Henry we want to make life at work a bit simpler, more pleasant and fun and we have some really interesting challenges ahead!

We now looking for a backend engineer to join our team in Stockholm. You will not only be a part of a fast growing startup you will also be part of moulding the core of the Henry platform. In our small team you will have an huge impact and have tremendous opportunities to challenge yourself, grow and develop.

Responsibilities

• Write tested, well-structured code using Haskell.
• Analyse and improve efficiency, scalability and stability of various components.
• Maintain running systems.

You’ll be a good fit if you

• Have 2+ years experience of Scala, Erland or Haskell
• Are a strong communicator. Explaining complex technical concepts to designers, support, and other engineers is no problem for you.
• Know how to make trade-offs required to ship without compromising quality.
• Have a degree in computer science or a related field.

Bonus points for

• Experience with NLP and / or Machine learning.
• Front end skills.
• Experience in a startup environment.
