Donkey Republic is working to make bikes available everywhere around the world - and we need you! We are looking for an energetic support intern to join our support team and deliver service to our riders when they have questions about the service.

Join our support team! Donkey Republic is looking for a Support Intern to help our riders! This is a paid internship and part time position. Look forward to meeting you, who are eager to make our riders feel like Queens and Kings! 

What you will help us with:

Join our support team to help our riders via support calls and emails. We are using Zendesk as our support platform. The primary days you will be working with us is: Fridays & Saturdays from 09.00 to 20.00. Our peak season is from Spring to Autumn where these hours may be extended. This position is a paid internship, part-time.

Potentially step in for support for other support crew - therefore it would be great if you will also be available on other days too.

Potentially take support schedule for Christmas and New Year period.

We imagine you:

• have some experience in customer support.
  
• are a fast learner, both handling support and using mobile and web tools.
• are always happy to help our riders and our crew.
• welcome and enjoy tackling tricky issues, creative in solving problems.
• use your own laptop when helping us.
• are fluent in communicating in English.

Compensation: to be agreed according to your skills.
