We are currently looking for a dedicated trainee to help us spread the word about our growing brand and the many benefits of buying luxury vintage!
Responsibilities:
• E-commerce / web-shop operations
• Basic PR assignments
• Social Media management (content research and creation)
• Customer/client correspondence
• Management and handling of luxury goods from brands such as Louis Vuitton, Chanel and Hermès
• Image production and processing
• Reporting & analysis to the executive team
Training Focal Areas:
• E-Commerce operations and development
• CRM
• Key Account Management
• Representation and service conduct specific to luxury brand standards
Essential Skills & Requirements:
• Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and eloquent writing skills in flawless English
• Danish, Swedish and /or Norwegian linguistic skills a plus
• Strong affinity for multitasking and ability to manage several projects at one time
• Experience with E-Commerce and or luxury retail a plus
