As a Student PHP Backend Engineer at Cobiro you'll use your sharp mind and technical proficiency to help build a performant and scalable backend for our users.

The job

We're looking for an ambitious and skilled Student PHP Engineer to join our team, and help build a sturdy and performant backend for our clients.  As a PHP Engineer you'll assist our backend team on API extensions and features related to core workflow. You'll refer to our Technical Lead and will be able to define / scope tasks yourself, all depending on possible time commitment.

We expect:

• Strong PHP coding skills. Substantial PostgreSQL/MySQL experience.
• Sharp analytical mind with a desire for writing stable, scalable and clean code. 
• Fluency in Danish and/or English
• Solid comprehension of the full web technology stack .
• Experience with data integration, web services & APIs
• Proficient in GIT (or similar vcs)

Bonus

• Experience with AWS, SQS
• Any experience with machine learning
• Portfolio of open-source work
