What is pointvoucher.com?

We facilitate the connection between consumers and brands by giving them a reason to engage in a fun, playful and rewarding way. Pointvoucher provides an entertainment platform for consumers and a marketing platform for brands. Consumers can download exciting branded mobile games and play their way to real products and experiences for the time they spend interacting with the games. Vouchers can be claimed in the branded voucher shops connected to the game or in the Pointvoucher shop where they will be exposed to games from other partners. Brands will get a plug n play marketing platform with high conversion rates, data & permissions, drive to shop mechanism, huge engagement rates and access to new customers through the platform.

You will 

• Responsible for the technical strategy, technical business opportunities, architecture and development of pointvoucher.com.
• Responsible for the day to day operation and maintenance of pointvoucher.com
• Write specs and create a technical roadmap for our development team in Ukraine.
• Recruit and hire developers.
• Lead and build up a local development team.
• Do sprint and feature planning with our producer.
• Stay updated with the latest tech and social trends etc.  
• Be part of and report to the management team.

• Great experience with large scale .NET applications serving many simultaneous users.
• Documented experience doing scalable, simplistic and well performing architecture.
• A background as .NET developer, but know other languages as well.
• Experience leading a development team. 
• A strong network of skilled developers in Denmark or UK.
• Interest in Unity and game development in general.

• A person who speaks tech as your mother language.
• A person who knows that MVP is king. 
• A strong facilitator and presenter.
• A communicator in English and Danish
• A team player with a systematic approach 
• A good friend that will add something unique to our playful culture
• A fan of metrics and things your can measure.
