Head of Digital Marketing

Salary DKK 15,000 - DKK 25,000

We are looking for a Head of Digital Marketing to lead our Digital Marketing team at Ideanote. We are seeking a talented, tech-savvy, data guru to take control of all digital marketing activities.

You are in charge of the customer story for Ideanote 2.0 launching in October/November while meticulously unpacking the key levers for growing our business. 

You will be responsible for driving leads down our funnel and turning interested, qualified leads into successful customers. You will build a targeted conversion strategy per region to increase customer generation from our database, using inbound marketing tactics such as email, retargeting, social media and conversion rate optimization.

You must have an understanding of the full marketing funnel and experience running a/b marketing campaigns that include audience segmentation and span multiple channels.


Responsibilities:

Work with the digital marketing team to drive interest from our lead database and drive interest in Ideanote.

Analyze and interpret what behaviors and patterns make prospects successful and more likely to close and be retained by the company.

Collaborate with channel-specific marketing teammates (blogging, email, social media, etc.) to identify areas for growth.

Measure and optimize these projects, running A/B tests, building improved marketing assets, reporting on their results, implementing team-wide changes based on this data.

Propose, create and implement new projects that help to improve funnel conversion rates and drive demand from our existing database.

Own the idea management market worldwide, create compelling stories for our users and help drive more users into the funnel. Be the voice and brand of Ideanote through email, our website, social media, and our blog.


Requirements:


Minimum 2-4 years full-time experience in a marketing role.

Ability to use both data and intuition to inform decisions.

Organized self-starter and possess the intellectual curiosity to be a problem solver

Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously

Experience with email marketing and email optimization tactics.

A bias for data - You know how to meticulously unpack the key levers for growing a business through keen analysis and scientific experimentation. You love measuring things and have a strong intuition for picking out the most impactful measurement variables to inform future decisions or segmentation choices. You have experience making data-driven marketing decisions using surveys, focus groups, A/B testing, and other analytical tools (e.g., Excel, SQL).

You have high standards for everything you do and dig into the details to assure that your output and our goals consistently meets a high bar and achieves targets.

You have strong written communication skills, especially in the context of consumer marketing. You'll be measuring a lot of user content, and you can do this with minimal oversight and supervision.


Additional Tech Skills:

Comfort with intermediate to advanced uses of Excel. If you’re an Excel fanatic, even better!

HTML or previous coding skills will be preferred

Salary: Let’s discuss this, as we are in hyper growth but its a full time paid position. 

Working from location: Vermundsgade 13, 2100 Østerbro.
