Position

Do you like to build disruptive products, with beautiful design, smooth user flows and cutting-edge technology? As our new senior digital designer, you will help drive efforts to design a best-in-class user experience across multiple digital platforms. Your work will include hands-on digital design projects from idea to concept and all the way to implementation and user testing.

Responsibilities

- Map user-flows and optimise user-journey

- Generate ideas and sell them to users/team members

- Run user-trials of product interfaces and gather and analyse feedback

- Encourage users/team members to share and explore their ideas

- Delegate tasks and support junior members of the team

- Collaborate across the company to drive up digital creativity

What we look for

- Experience as a digital designer

- Proven record of delivering digital product designs

- Solid experience working with responsive design principles

- Proficiency in Sketch (Creative Suite is a plus)

- Portfolio that highlights design skills and project experience

- Understanding of agile development methodologies
